Vika is a holistic health and nutrition consultant passionate about supporting women on the rollercoaster of perimenopause. With a focus on addressing underlying issues, Vika develops individualized dietary and lifestyle plans to ease issues related to mood, cognition, weight, and energy.
As a middle-aged mother of two young children, Vika understands the challenges of parenting while “under the influence” of hormonal imbalances. Her struggles with post-partum depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and early menopause symptoms, while confronting the limitations of conventional medical treatment, led her on the path to explore the healing potential of real food.
Another passion for Vika is empowering families with knowledge to make better food choices. She currently teaches nutrition and basic cooking skills in local public schools, inspiring students to read labels and prepare and enjoy healthy snacks and meals.
Vika completed her Nutrition Consultant training at the Bauman Institute in Berkeley. She is certified in yoga and holistic bodywork and conversational in Spanish.
